A good move for this young Gunner?

Our summer transfers seem to be picking up, with players coming in and leaving The Emirates.

The latest Gunner to leave is young forward Benik Afobe.

19-year-old is set for yet another season-long loan spell in the Championship, this time with Bolton.

The England youth international will be apart of the Bolton set-up and will be following in the footsteps of fellow Arsenal team-mates Jack Wilshere and Ryo Miyaichi.

His loan move was verified by a short statement on the official Arsenal website:

‘Everyone at the club wishes Benik well for his time with Bolton.’

I for one think this is a good move for Afobe.

Most of the youngsters who spend time at Bolton seem to come back better than before.

Look at Wilshere for instance. His time at The Reebok did wonders for him and I believe the same goes for Ryo.

Even Chelsea’s own Daniel Sturridge seemed to benefit greatly from his time their and look where he is now.

The amount of game time Afobe may get in his time at Bolton will benefit him and Arsenal greatly in the future.
