Arsenal and Everton are amongst a reported 14 clubs chasing VVV Venlo winger Ahmed Musa, according to the Metro.
The agent of the 19-year-old, Tony Harris, has confirmed that a number of European clubs are taking a keen look at the Nigerian international, including Russian outfit CSKA Moscow.
‘It’s true CSKA Moscow are among a large number of other European clubs who have shown interest in Musa.
‘There is still ample time, however, which we will use to evaluate our options.’
The news comes just days after Venlo president Hai Berden confirmed to the Dutch media that Musa is all but set to leave the club in January:
‘The probability that Musa leaves is almost certain.’
If Arsenal or Everton can part with £12 million then it is believed that they could very well get their man.
