Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain has praised the contribution of Arsenal team mate Carl Jenkinson in the win over West Brom on Saturday.
Jenkinson looked nervy during his midweek Champions League outing against Marseille, but Oxlade-Chamberlain believes his fellow youngster had a solid game in Arsenal’s 3-0 victory.
The teenager tweeted:
‘Great result today, really good performance especially from my boy carl jenkinson!’
Robin van Persie, Thomas Vermaelen and Mikel Arteta were all on the scoresheet as Arsenal moved on to 19 points in the Premier League.
