Arsenal have rejected a £1.5 million bid from Norwich City for Henri Lansbury, which has left the youngster pondering his future at the club, according to .

The 20-year-old spent the last half of last season on loan at Carrow Road and was hopeful of acquiring the young midfielder on a permanent basis this summer.

However, the have reportedly turned down Norwich City’s £1.5 million offer for the England Under-21 international, which has left the Canaries plotting their next move for the midfielder, if any.

Arsene is known to be a keen admirer of Lansbury and has stated in the past that he does have a bright future ahead at the Emirates. But the youngster wants assurances from the Frenchman this summer that he will be part of first-team affairs this season. If he does not get the assurances that he wants, then Lansbury could ask to leave the club, either on loan or on a permanent basis sometime this summer.

Maybe a bid in the region of £2-3 million would do the trick.
