Arsenal are willing to sell skipper Cesc Fabregas in the summer, but European giants Real Madrid and Chelsea must meet their £80m valuation in order to seal the deal, claims The People.
Arsene Wenger would be reluctant to see his star leave, however, he assumes such a hefty price tag will deter clubs who are currently eyeing the Spaniard.
Fabregas has scored nine goals in 29 appearances for the Gunners so far this season.
