David Ospina has re-emerged on Fenerbahce’s radar, with reports suggesting they are eyeing up a move for the second-choice Arsenal goalkeeper.

The 28-year-old has played second fiddle to Petr Cech ever since the former Chelsea goalkeeper arrived at the Emirates in summer of 2015 and has yet to start a Premier League game this season.

Ospina has, however, started all six of Arsenal’s Champions League games this season, but the Colombian shot-stopper has expressed his concerns over his lack of involvement and is scheduling talks with Arsene Wenger at the end of the season to discuss his future at the club.

Several clubs – including Fenerbahce – were interest in Ospina’s services last summer, but he opted to remain at Arsenal. It’s now believed the Turkish club are once again keen on the former Nice man, but may have to wait until the end of the season as Wenger will want to keep him as a back-up to Cech.
