France Under-21 starlet linked with Arsenal switch

|

Arsenal, Chelsea and Juventus are fighting it out to sign Lyon midfielder Corentin Tolisso, according to talkSPORT. The radio station say Juve intend to make a move for the France Under-21 international in January.

The Gunners were linked with the 22-year-old back in October when an interview emerged where Tolisso stated his desire to play for the London club one day but nothing has developed since then.

The ankle surgery for Santi Cazorla has led to speculation that Arsene Wenger could be looking to shore up his central midfield options, and the Daily Express even mentioned that a return for Cesc Fabregas was on the cards.

As we head towards January, the rumour mill will certainly hit top gear but Matt Law in the Telegraph has stated the Gunners will not make any major signings next month.

Tolisso would however fit the profile to replace Cazorla. He is young and has an eye for goal after scoring 7 goals in 21 appearances this season.
