Arsenal are among a number of clubs interested in signing Monaco’s Gabriel Boschilia, according to Footmercato.com.
The French website reports that the 20-year-old is also interesting the likes of Juventus, Nantes and Fenerbahce. The latter club is believed to have already proposed a loan offer for one-and-a-half seasons, but Monaco rejected the bid.
The attacking midfielder has spent most of this season on the bench for the Ligue One side, but that hasn’t stopped him scoring four goals, as well as providing one assist, in nine league matches so far this campaign.
The Brazilian moved to France from Sao Paulo in August 2015 but was loaned out midway through his first season to Belgian side Standard Liege. He made 12 appearances for Standard, scoring two goals and providing two assists in the process.
Boschilia did start Monaco’s Champions League match against Bayer Leverkusen last night, but the 3-0 defeat in Germany was a dead rubber after both sides had already qualifying ahead of Tottenham for the knockout stages.
