The January transfer window is fast approaching and many clubs will be eager to do business to strengthen their chances of staying in the Premier League or winning it this season – in Arsenal’s case the latter.
The Gunners have already been linked and rumoured with several players all in different positions, but it is unknown whether Arsene Wenger will whip out his cheque book and bolster his squad ahead of the busy end of the season when the winter window opens.
However, with many of the Arsenal faithful wanting Wenger to sign a player this January – whether it be a striker, midfielder or a defender – it’s also an opportunity for the Frenchman to offload any unwanted, or unused players as well.
