Another weekend of Premier League football is almost upon us as Arsenal travel to the Stadium of Light to face Sunderland.
The two side’s fortunes could not have been more opposite this season. The Gunners are level on points at the top of the league with leaders Manchester City and are only behind on goal difference whilst the Black Cats are already getting cut adrift at the bottom of the division.
They have yet to win a game in the league under David Moyes and have just the two points to their name so far this season but as the Gunners found out last week, no game is easy in this division.
Hosting Middlesbrough at home, Arsenal were expected to win comfortably but instead they drew with the Teesiders 0-0 and that needs to act as a warning ahead of this game at the weekend.
Arsenal need to have a good game plan against Sunderland to ensure they win and it should involve stopping these three players getting near the ball…
