Toulouse forward Wissam Ben Yedder is set to sign for either Arsenal or Spanish side Sevilla in the next days, if French Canal + journalist Ludo Deroin is to be believed.
The Gunners are in the market for a new centre forward and have had an offer for Lyon hotshot Alexandre Lacazette rejected this week already.
Ben Yedder is a youth product of the south west outfit and has consistently scored goals in Ligue 1 over a number of seasons, with 18 strikes to his name last term.
Arsene Wenger has a track record of plucking players from his homeland and the consensus is that Ben Yedder has outgrown his boyhood club and is ready for a new challenge elsewhere – with Deroin stating a move is ‘hours away’.

Although the 25-year-old does not have as venerable a reputation as Lacazette or other reported Arsenal striking targets, he could well be a bargain option for the North London club.
The Sun have also reported in recent days that the Gunners could land Ben Yedder for as little as £8 million and that it is an option that the Emirates Stadium hierarchy are considering.
