Have Arsenal got a real shot of landing him?

Robert LewandowskiBrace yourselves Arsenal fans, reports are suggesting are ready to pounce for one of Europe’s finest strikers, Robert Lewandowski.

According to the Daily Mirror, Arsenal will apparently enter the race for the Poland internationals signature, if the Bayern Munich forward decides to leave the German giants.

The 27-year-old hinted last week that he would like a crack at the Premier League in the future, which would have alerted the big boys of the English top tier.

However, Lewandowski still has three-years left to run on his current deal at the Allianz Arena, meaning a £50 million price tag would be placed on his head by Bayern reports the Mirror.

It is suggested the proposed price-tag will not deter the Gunners’ reported interest and will keep tabs on the striker’s situation.

Arsenal will stand very little chance of acquiring Lewandowski’s services, in my opinion.

If the former Dortmund man was to come to England, then I can only see him joining Manchester City and possibly working under current manager Pep Guardiola, if of course he is at the Etihad at the time.

Besides, can you really see Arsenal landing Lewandowski? Would love too, but let’s be realistic.
