The EmiratesArsenal are back in action after the international break and host the side that knocked them out of the FA Cup, Watford.

It’s a must win game for the Gunners if they are to stand any chance of catching table-toppers Leicester City, while Watford, who currently have 37 points, will want a repeat of their last visit to the Emirates to reach the golden 40-point mark.

With all this in mind, here are 10 match facts and stats you should know before today’s 3pm kick-off (data supplied by OPTA):

1. Arsenal had won the previous six meetings with Watford before a 1-2 defeat last month in the FA Cup quarter final.

2. The Hornets scored with their only two shots on target in that 2-1 victory at the Emirates Stadium.

3. Watford and Arsenal have met 17 times in the league with both sides winning eight times, with one draw.
