John TerryHarry Redknapp believes Arsenal should be interested in snapping up John Terry when he leaves Chelsea at the end of the season.

It was recently revealed that Terry, 35, will be leaving Chelsea in the summer after the Blues decided not to renew his contract at Stamford Bridge.

Despite his age, Terry has drawn the attention of a number of clubs from around the globe from the MLS to China.

But Redknapp is tipping Terry to join Arsenal this summer after the Gunners landed Petr Cech at the start of the current campaign.

Although the move seems highly unlikely to occur, Redknapp says there is still a chance of it happening:

‘Arsenal took Petr Cech, which many people thought inconceivable at this time last year.

‘So why not John as well?

‘He’d walk into Arsenal’s team even now – they need his character.

‘John could tip the balance in the Premier League title race.’

So with Terry out the Stamford Bridge exit door this summer, should Arsenal be interested in his services?

Yes, Terry has leadership qualities and tons of Premier League experience under his belt which Arsenal could do with, but he is well past it – I mean, if he still got it then why are Chelsea getting rid of him for?

In addition, Terry has a love for Chelsea like Thierry Henry has for Arsenal, so to imagine him joining the Gunners is preposterous.
