I have been reading some rubbish that Arsenal should re-sign Robin van Persie this summer! Seriously?
The 31-year-old joined Manchester United two summers ago to win trophies, oh, and the little boy inside of him also told him it was a chance he must seize. Yeah, he won the Premier League title in his first season at United, but now the striker is struggling to feature in Louis Van Gaal’s team, with some reports suggesting the Dutch manager is ready to offload him if his fitness is not up to standard.
And with Arsenal reportedly looking to add a new forward to offer Olivier Giroud competition and help next season, the former Gunner is now being sensationally linked with a move back to the Emirates. No thank you.
Yes he may be regarded as a world class forward by many and could still do a job for us, but after the way he left our club, I don’t want to see him back at the Emirates. Not now, not ever.
Had he stayed with us, our club could have pushed for the title in the past couple of seasons, but he decides to jump ship and left on bad terms, leaving many of the Arsenal faithful upset and frustrated with him.
Apparently, Van Persie could go for as little as £5 million this summer, and although that is a total bargain, I, as probably many of you reading this, would be disappointed with Arsene Wenger if he decided to bring him back to Arsenal. Had he left on good terms then I would be in favour of this potential move, but I don’t think much of the Arsenal faithful want him back.
Let him go to Fenerbahce, or warm the bench at Old Trafford. We’ve moved on.
I hate this dude more than any of u here, even while playing for arsenal I hated his arrogance.. But hatred aside, is he good? Damn yes… Do we need him den I say yes.. For the premier league title. We would sign anybody who would make us get it.. Though van persie betrayed us.. But he had no choice then! Cos nobody knew how long arsenal was goin 2 stay without a trophy ..its not really his fault.. He nèeded trophies..

Vp should just stay away. We had his back for years when he was battling with injury. Then he had one injury free season then he got on his bike.
what he failed to understand is that winning the league with Arsenal would have meant more to him than winning it with a club you spent a season with. He will never get to be called a club legend. Pity .
