CoentraoReal Madrid have offered Fabio Coentrao to Arsenal, according to reports.

Manchester United were keen on the Portuguese left-back but cooled their interest after signing Luke Shaw from Southampton, and Real are now looking at other alternatives in the Premier League.

Arsenal is a possible destination for the 26-year-old, but after splashing out £15 million for versatile defender Gabriel Paulista, Arsene Wenger looks set to snub a deadline day move for the Real full-back, with the Frenchman also newly stating that his transfer business is done this month.

Coentrao has fallen down the pecking order at Real, having featured just the 12 times in all competitions so far this season for Carlo Ancelotti’s side, and look set to exit the Bernabeu in the near future.

It’s believed Real want £25 million for Coentrao but could lower their price as much as half to get him off their books.

With that being said, should Arsenal make a move for the left-back before the window shuts on Monday night, or wait until the summer and review the situation then?
