martin graiciarArsenal are in negotiations with Viktoria Plzen to sign highly-rated striker Martin Graiciar, according to the Metro.

Arsene Wenger is notorious for seeking out young talent and was impressed with what he saw from the teenager when he arrived at the club for a trial just before the Christmas period.

Graiciar, who is a youth product of Sparta Prague, bagged a hat-trick for Arsenal’s Under-16 side and the club are now believed to be talking with Plzen over a deal to sign the striker on a permanent basis.

Chelsea and Real Madrid are thought to have made enquiries over the availability of Graiciar, but Arsenal are willing to offer up to £200,000 to the Czech outfit for youngster’s services.

However, it’s believed Sparta Prague are entitled to a cut of any transfer money made which could lead to complications over a deal being completed.

But it looks like Graiciar is keen to seal a switch to Arsenal after posting a picture of himself in the Gunners’ training kit.

It’s not the striker we want to see come in, but if the kid has talent then snap him up.

Here is a video of Graiciar in action:
