Tin JedvajArsenal and AC Milan are both keen on Dinamo Zagreb youngster Tin Jedvaj, according to the defender’s agent.

The 17-year-old has attracted interest from a number of top European clubs in recent weeks after following an impressive first season in the Zagreb first-team, making 13 appearances and finding the net once.

Roma had a £5 million bid turned down last week, while The Gunners were linked with the teenager over the weekend.

And Jedvaj’s representative now claims both Arsenal and Milan are in the hunt for his signature this summer:

‘Roma offered £5million for Tin, but that was rejected.

‘Milan and Arsenal are both interested though, we expect to hear more from them.’

Following the departure of Sebastien Squillaci earlier in the month and Johan Djourou expected to be sold before the new season kicks-off, with Hamburg keen on the Swiss centre-back, it is thought Arsene Wenger wants to strengthen his back-line and sees the young Zagreb centre-back as an ideal signing for his side.

Wenger could probably get his hands on Croatia Under-19 international this summer for a fee around the £7 million mark.
