Bayern v Arsenal – score predictions [have your say]

|

Arsenal BayernSo we all know what needs to be done tonight, as the Champions League odds are stacked against us, and we somewhat know who Arsene Wenger has selected to take on ‘mission impossible’ against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena.

Jack Wilshere and Lukas Podolski are both out with slight knocks, while Wojciech Szczesny will be ‘rested’ and Nacho Monreal is cup-tied – so none of them will feature tonight.

Wenger has also, reportedly, decided to place Santi Cazorla and Theo Walcott on the bench, to many Arsenal fans’ frustrations. So the like of Lukasz Fabianski, Francis Coquelin and Tomas Rosicky are likely to come in.

I’m guessing the team will sort of look like this:

Fabianski

Jenkinson          Koscielny         Vermaelen          Gibbs

Arteta         Coquelin

Rosicky

Ramsey                                       Chamberlain

Giroud

Bayern will be without a few key players of their own tonight, with Bastian Schweinsteiger, Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery all believed to be unavailable due to injury.

But what will the score be at the end of the night?

Will Arsenal manage to do the unthinkable and progress to the quarter-finals of the Champions League?

All will they receive another footballing lesson from the German giants?

Spot on. Our defence looked much solid like first3 games or so beginning of the season. The only way is up now
