Day 19 of the January transfer window and Arsenal have been linked with another potential new recruit. This time it’s , who reportedly is ‘wanted’ by The Gunners, according to the Daily Mail.

The 20-year-old French midfielder, who currently plays for Guingamp, is also being monitored by Chelsea and Lyon after his impressive displays for the Ligue 2 outfit in recent seasons.

Many believe Arsenal are in desperate need of a holding midfielder this winter, with The Gunners being linked with a number of players who play in the aforementioned position, such as .

Arsenal will have to part ways with at least £8 million to sign Wanga this January, if they are of course interested in the young midfielder, as reports suggests.

To be honest, Wanga may be an up-and-coming ‘star’ but he is not what we require. Plus, he is a Ligue 2 player – he would struggle to adapt to the English game in my opinion.

    We don’t need young unproven player, but a mature leader who takes the game by the scruff of the neck. We always buying and sending on loan then sell them for a small fee which is wasting money and time in nurturing forgein players..!
