Good riddance to bad rubbish!

The self proclaimed ‘best striker in the world’’ Nicklas Bendtner has found himself out of the headlines since his injury, which we all know is something he simply cannot abide.

Reports suggest Arsenal are unlikely to offer the 24-year-old a return to the club this summer, and his performances for Sunderland means that they too are unsure whether to renew his loan period or sign him up on a permanent deal altogether.

As a result of him pocketing a reported £52,000-a-week, the Danish forward will find it difficult to secure a move to another English club in the near future. Bendtner was left to watch on at the sidelines at Arsenal before his loan move to Sunderland after his comments failed to impress the north London club, and his antics off the pitch have all but ended his career at The Emirates.

Arsene Wenger made Bendtner secure his own loan move to Sunderland last summer and it is thought that the same will now happen again when his loan deal expires at the end of the season.

I for one will happy to see the back of the Denmark international.

I do not under any circumstances want him back at Arsenal and although it is likely that we will only receive probably about £5 million or so for his potential sale, to me, I’d probably pay a club to take him off our hands, such is my displeasure for the guy who has disgraced our club’s name on and off the pitch time and time again.

The guy is a fantasist, he’s really poor. He reminds me of when we had Anthony Le Tallec on loan from Liverpool. Another “all the gear no idea player” who thinks the game owes him what appears to be a very comfortable living.

I cant think of any other high profile profession where you could be involved in so many external incidents and still be allowed to turn up for work.

He is footballs answer to Joe Bugner all the attributes and none of the hunger or natural fighting ability.

He has played a few good games for us at Sunderland but is not a natural striker.

You would have to pay to get us to take him! His salary alone is a big enough incentive to duck the opportunity, without the obvious lack of intellect to take into account as well
