are set to complete the signing of Borussia starlet , according to the Daily Mail.

Sources in Germany claim the 19-year-old playmaker is in London with agent and is to undergo a medical with the north London club sometime today.

The 5’10’’ Dortmund youngster is out of contract in the summer and pending the results of a lengthy medical – due to sustaining a career threatening injury back in 2009 – should complete his move to the sometime today.

Eisfeld, a youth product of Borussia Dortmund, managed only one appearance for the senior side back in 2010. He has since struggled to hold down a regular role in the first-team and has been playing in the Under-19 squad this season, where he has netted 6 goals in 12 games.

Once the move is finalised, it is thought that the Gunners will have to pay the Bundesliga outfit compensation of around £400,000 for the German playmaker.
