Arsenal youngster Emmanuel Frimpong looks set to join Wolves on loan in January, according to the Sunday Mirror.
The 19-year-old midfielder is very much in Arsene Wenger’s plans and has made 9 appearances for The Gunners in all competitions so far this season. However, the Frenchman wants Frimpong to gain more first-team experience and is willing to let the youngster go out on loan next month in order to attain this.
Swansea and Norwich have previously expressed their interest in the Ghanaian, but it seems Wolves are ahead of the pack and early indications suggest that Mick McCarthy, who is known to be a huge admirer of Frimpong, will get his man on a six-month loan deal when the January window opens.
